Helpdesk – Phone Changes
Please note we’ve made some changes on how our phone helpdesk will operate. The number is still 250-263-6442 Different staff will be answering the phone on an assigned basis. If we cannot solve your problem within 2 to 5 minutes, we will generate a work order to address the problem.
New XServe: Spectrum
We’ll be putting a new XServe into service named Spectrum. It will be used for podcast and video production and web hosting for audio/video materials for use in departments and classrooms. Along with this server will be an exciting new pilot in a senior french immersion class. More to come!

CSW: Simon Lavoie
I’d like to welcome, Simon Lavoie, our new computer support worker to the district. Simon will be starting with us on November 17th in the shop and will eventually be attached to Ecole Central as their point CSW.
USB Memory Sticks
