PLnet Packet Loss Resolution

Our Global incident has now been closed. The root cause was identified as upstream vendor hardware failure. Connectivity over the main link to Victoria was re-establish on Friday and the failing component was replaced Saturday. Monitoring done by SSBC showed no further issue since.

myBrainshark

A staff member shared myBrainshark with me. It allows you to upload a PowerPoint and easily record a voice over for each slide, share it online, share it via social media etc. Quite neat! Here’s my first go at it below
