The Joint Technology Advisory Committee discussed the idea in January 2014 of a Walk-In Clinic for technology help. It was quite well received but we currently do not have a really good facility to support this until the Grandhaven site attached to the Aboriginal Education Centre is complete later this year.
As soon as our new home is built and we are settled in we hope to offer some times after school for staff for walk-in or perhaps scheduled sessions where they would be able to get help from available tech staff for their personally owned or district devices. For personally owned devices we’d be able to provide time and some instructions/ideas etc for the owner but not work on the machines ourselves.
