We believe we have solved the issue with the paystubs. It was related to a progressive failure of our old mail systems as it appears that the stubs are getting sent out to people that had been missing them before. In the new mail system you need to Download the attachment to view your stub. The system offers a View link but it cannot view the PDF because of the encryption, download it first!
