Several members of our implementation team attended a planning session in Richmond yesterday to work on our plan. As with much around this project the timelines are tight. We hope to have the plan out to Fujitsu as soon as possible in early March. Part of that implementation plan will be a communication plan. While I’ve been adding the odd piece to this blog there will be more regular communication in the future.

Data Validation Facilitator: Cheryl Anthony, supported by Deb Bowyer (checks for valid data prior to transition – works with school secretaries to fix data errors)
