- standardize passwords for labs
- Mac… Teacher login… standard password as discussed, admin usual standard
Inventory
- Ask teachers at end of year to have students keep their adapter and backpack until TS staff are doing the inventory
- Central location (BB experience) and classes were called to that location to check in their backpack and adapter
- G4 lease??? End of year will be done early so we can get all the machines in before warranty expires… June 1st for G4 for at junior highs ~~~ Spring break blitz on all G4s for hardware
IP Database
- An IP change update is to be emailed to Rebecca until we have another web based solution
WWP roll-out
- 100-200 top cases were changed
- lots of work went into getting everything ready
- give them a wipe down
- no stickers on laptops! Schools will be charged to remove and clean stickers off.
vehicles
- safety is main concern
- Windshields need to be replaced.
- Rick will bring in one a month for glass replacement
training/apple certs.
